A lifelong learner, Jermarcus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certification, multiple IT certifications, and is currently completing his Master’s in Cybersecurity—demonstrating his commitment to continuous improvement and high standards in project execution and operational efficiency. Known for his results-driven leadership, he fosters a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence within the organization. Dion Weaver

Dion Weaver is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of AECG, bringing over a decade of experience in driving operational efficiency and managing successful projects across diverse industries. As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB), Dion integrates process improvement and Agile project management into daily operations, overseeing project teams, bid and proposal development, contract capture, and performance scorecards. His leadership ensures alignment between business operations and strategic goals, fostering collaboration and a high standard of execution throughout the organization.
Before joining AECG, Dion served as a U.S. Army First Sergeant, where he developed deep expertise in human resource management, risk mitigation, and operational leadership. He currently also serves as a DoD Contractor (Site Security Manager), managing security operations and regulatory compliance within the defense sector. Dion holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Security+ certification, and is actively pursuing a CAPM certification and a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management. His diverse background strengthens AECG’s mission to deliver high-impact solutions in both commercial and federal spaces.

Montrell Dinkins serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AECG, bringing a unique blend of financial expertise and technological insight to the role. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Information Technology, he bridges the gap between finance and technology to drive efficiency and innovation. With over nine years of experience in financial management, Montrell oversees strategic planning, budgeting, invoicing, and overall financial operations, ensuring the company’s stability and long-term growth. His strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail have streamlined processes, optimized resources, and enhanced financial performance.
Before joining AECG, Montrell served as a U.S. Army Warrant Officer, developing skills in technical analysis, risk management, and strategic planning. His ability to apply IT solutions to complex financial challenges has consistently produced measurable results. Roshaun Anderson Sr. serves as the Director of Acquisitions at Advanced Echelon Consulting Group (AECG), bringing over 31 years of experience in federal government contracting, logistics, and acquisition management. A retired U.S. Army Warrant Officer and graduate of Austin Peay State University with a master’s in strategic leadership, Roshaun holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Demonstrated Senior Logistician (DSL), and Certified Contract Professional from the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). His extensive expertise in federal logistics contract administration, acquisition strategy, and project oversight has consistently driven operational efficiency and successful contract outcomes for both government clients and AECG partners.
Known for his innovative problem-solving and strong relationship-building skills, Roshaun is a trusted advisor in navigating federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), compliance requirements, and government procurement processes.
