About Advanced Echelon Consulting Group

Founded in December 2022, Advanced Echelon Consulting Group (AECG) was born from a shared mission among five friends—Jermarcus, Montrell, Dion, Leia, and Roshaun—who united their diverse expertise and military camaraderie to bring innovation, precision, and ethical leadership to the government consulting sector.

Before launching AECG, the founders built their foundation through ADVON Transport, a logistics company providing mission-critical transportation services for federal agencies. There, they gained extensive experience in government logistics operations, from federal transportation planning and supply chain management to Department of Defense (DoD) mission support. This hands-on involvement in federal contracting, FAR/DFARS compliance, and operational risk management revealed a critical truth: many agencies and contractors faced complex challenges in logistics and program execution that traditional consulting firms were failing to address.

Motivated to fill that gap, the founders transitioned from direct logistics operations to strategic consulting—creating AECG as a partner for businesses seeking to win, manage, and deliver on government contracts. Building on their ADVON Transport legacy, AECG now offers comprehensive expertise in cybersecurity compliance for government contractors, operations management, contract lifecycle support, and federal acquisition strategy—helping both public and private sector clients succeed in competitive procurement environments.
