Dion Weaver serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of AECG. Dion leverages over a decade of experience in driving operational excellence and delivering successful projects within various industries. With a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic initiatives, Dion excels in optimizing processes, increasing efficiency and achieving company objectives.

As COO, Dion plays a pivotal role in aligning business operations with strategic goals and enhancing organizational performance. As a CLSSBB (Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt), he builds process improvement and Agile project management principles into day to day operations with his staff. This includes organizing project teams, contract capture, bid/proposal writing, scorecard review and ensuring an atmosphere of collaboration and synchronization standards are achieved.

Before joining AECG, Dion served as a U.S. Army First Sergeant, where he gained extensive leadership experience in human resource management, project oversight, risk management, and business operations. His military background has equipped him with the ability to manage complex initiatives while fostering team cohesion and operational excellence.

In addition to his role at AECG, Dion currently serves as a DoD Contractor (Site Security Manager), overseeing security operations, risk management, and compliance within the defense sector. His expertise ensures adherence to federal regulations while optimizing security processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

 He holds a Security+ certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Currently, he is pursuing the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and his Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management.

Montrell Dinkins serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AECG. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Information Technology, Montrell brings a robust blend of financial acumen and technological expertise to the organization, bridging the gap between finance and technology to drive efficiency and innovation in financial operations.

With over nine years of comprehensive experience in financial management, Montrell oversees all strategic planning and day-to-day financial operations at AECG. His responsibilities include managing finance, invoicing, and budgeting processes, ensuring the company's financial health and stability. His strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail have streamlined financial processes, optimized resource allocation, and enhanced overall financial performance, positioning AECG for sustained growth and success.

Before joining AECG, Montrell served as a US Army Warrant Officer, where he honed his skills in technical analysis, risk management, and strategic planning. His ability to leverage information technology to solve complex financial challenges has consistently delivered tangible results. Committed to driving financial excellence and operational efficiency, Montrell ensures AECG continues to thrive in a competitive market.

Roshaun Anderson Sr. is the Director of Acquisitions at Advanced Echelon Consulting Group (AECG). With over 31 years of experience in the federal government industry, Roshaun has a proven track record of driving organizational success and delivering exceptional results for clients. 

​

A graduate of Austin Peay State University with a master’s degree in strategic leadership and a retired US Army Warrant Officer. Roshaun holds certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Demonstrated Senior Logistician (DSL), and Certified Contract Professional from the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Roshaun has developed a robust background in logistics contract administration and management. His expertise and commitment to high standards in project execution, operational efficiency, and management consulting are evident in his accomplishments.

Leia Wallace serves as the Senior Business Analyst at AECG.  She works directly with clients to understand their project requirements, objectives, and expectations. She conducts thorough research, gathers data, and analyzes business needs to provide valuable insights that shape project scope and deliverables. Her role bridges the gap between the client's goals and the project team, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.

Leia's background is rooted in meticulous project management and effective team leadership. Each day begins with a review of project statuses to ensure timelines are met and deliverables remain on track. She has honed her skills in leading daily stand-up meetings, fostering communication, aligning goals, and addressing concerns. Building strong client relationships is a cornerstone of her experience, enabling her to understand needs deeply and provide tailored solutions. She excels in presenting progress reports, negotiating scopes, and managing expectations with professionalism.

Behind the scenes, Leia masters multitasking, juggling resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation. Using project management software, she tracks milestones, adjusts schedules, and streamlines processes to enhance efficiency. She anticipates roadblocks and devises strategies to overcome them, ensuring projects stay on course. Mentoring and motivating the team fosters continuous improvement and high performance. Reflecting on progress and planning for the next steps, she drives projects to successful completion, delivering exceptional value to clients.
