Jermarcus Nettles serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AECG. As a retired US Army Chief Warrant Officer Four, Jermarcus has developed a robust 15 year background in Cybersecurity and IT Project Management. He has a proven track record of driving organizational success and delivering exceptional results. Known for his dynamic leadership style, Jermarcus emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and accountability. He has cultivated a culture of excellence within AECG, fostering an environment where talented professionals can thrive and deliver outstanding value to clients.
Jermarcus is a self-professed lifelong learner holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certification, and multiple IT Certifications. He will soon have his Master’s in Cybersecurity as well. These certifications and accomplishments reflect his deep expertise and commitment to maintaining high standards in project execution, operational efficiency, and management consulting.
Since founding AECG in 2022, Jermarcus has transformed the firm into a powerhouse in commercial and federal consulting. Dion Weaver serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of AECG. Dion leverages over a decade of experience in driving operational excellence and delivering successful projects within various industries. With a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic initiatives, Dion excels in optimizing processes, increasing efficiency and achieving company objectives.
As COO, Dion plays a pivotal role in aligning business operations with strategic goals and enhancing organizational performance. As a CLSSBB (Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt), he builds process improvement and Agile project management principles into day to day operations with his staff. This includes organizing project teams, contract capture, bid/proposal writing, scorecard review and ensuring an atmosphere of collaboration and synchronization standards are achieved.
Prior to joining AECG, Dion served as a US Army First Sergeant where he held key Senior and Executive positions which have allowed him to hone his skills in human resource management, small / medium size project management, risk management and business operations.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Information Technology, Montrell brings a robust blend of financial acumen and technological expertise to the organization, bridging the gap between finance and technology to drive efficiency and innovation in financial operations.
With over nine years of comprehensive experience in financial management, Montrell oversees all strategic planning and day-to-day financial operations at AECG. His responsibilities include managing finance, invoicing, and budgeting processes, ensuring the company's financial health and stability. His strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail have streamlined financial processes, optimized resource allocation, and enhanced overall financial performance, positioning AECG for sustained growth and success.
Before joining AECG, Montrell served as a US Army Warrant Officer, where he honed his skills in technical analysis, risk management, and strategic planning. His ability to leverage information technology to solve complex financial challenges has consistently delivered tangible results. A graduate of Austin Peay State University with a master’s degree in strategic leadership and a retired US Army Warrant Officer. Roshaun holds certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Demonstrated Senior Logistician (DSL), and Certified Contract Professional from the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Roshaun has developed a robust background in logistics contract administration and management. His expertise and commitment to high standards in project execution, operational efficiency, and management consulting are evident in his accomplishments.
